Sure Fire Fitness Tips for Women by Liverpool Fitness Trainer:

10th September 2010

As a woman, are you finding it difficult to stay in shape?  Are you looking for effective fitness tips, to help you stay fit? If so, then you are at the right place. I, John Wright, an expert Liverpool personal trainer, can help you get a fit and lean body that would make you look gorgeous.

Maintaining good health is absolutely essential for all women to resist health complications they may face in their future. You can easily avoid these complications by following my expert fitness tips.

Liverpool Personal Trainer’s Tip # 1: Have a strict diet regime

A dietary regime is a crucial element for staying fit and maintaining health fitness. As an expert Liverpool fitness trainer, I strongly recommend that every woman should follow a healthy dietary regime. You must fix a meal time-table and you must sincerely adhere to it. Make sure that you don’t consume more food than what you need. Try to resist the temptation to munch on something all the time. If you get bored, try to divert your mind on doing something productive rather than gorging on packaged or junk food.

Liverpool Personal Trainer’s Tip # 2: Get Enough Sleep:

In my years as a Liverpool Personal trainer, I have seen many women having difficulty in maintaining their fitness due to lack of sleep or bad sleeping patterns. Following a good sleeping routine is essential for staying fit. Staying awake till late-nights can affect your overall health. Also, a good night’s sleep is absolutely essential to stay active throughout the day. You can take a quick nap of 30-40 during the day, but it should never exceed more than that. If you sleep too much during the day, you will have puffy eyes.

Liverpool Personal Trainer’s Tip # 3: Know about your Exercise technique

Exercise is absolutely essential to stay fit. However, many women end-up doing exercises without knowing the right technique. As a Liverpool fitness trainer, I recommend all women to know about the exercise technique before practising it. By knowing the proper technique you can minimise the risk of injuries and get better results from the exercise program. If you have any apprehensions about the exercise program, you must immediately consult your Personal Trainer.

Liverpool Personal Trainer’s Tip # 4: Keep yourself Hydrated

Drinking enough water throughout the day is one of the easiest and effective ways to stay fit. As a fitness trainer in Liverpool, I have noticed many women don’t drink enough water during exercise. Your body must always be hydrated and in fact, you must increase your water intake during exercise. Being a Liverpool fitness trainer, I recommend all women to drink at least 8 glasses of water through the day. If you are working out, you must drink more than 8 glasses of water to achieve the desired results.

Liverpool Personal Trainer’s Tip # 4: Take Measurements

If you follow any exercise program, the best way to find out the effectiveness of the exercise program is to maintain a diary and measure the following:

  • Waist size
  • Thighs size
  • Chest size
  • Weight
  • Hips size

As a Fitness trainer in Liverpool, I suggest all women to periodically check these measurements and before seeing the results yourself, you would definitely see some positive changes through your log. But even if after regular exercise and following a strict dietary regime, you do not notice positive changes, you must alter your program.
